Headstart Vacancies

By 4th January 2018 13 Comments

Your Way was recently successful in winning funding to deliver the Community strand of the Big Lottery Headstart Kernow Programme aimed at supporting young people with their emotional health and well-being.  Led by the Learning Partnership for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (LPCo), the project will be delivered through Your Way partners; Young People Cornwall, PCDT, Pentreath and Xenzone.

Our aim is to enable young people and local communities to support 10-16 year olds showing early signs of emotional problems and prevent development into more serious mental ill health by building sustainable links between young people, families, local community organisations, schools and public services.

We currently have a number of exciting posts available as part of the Headstart Kernow Community project, as fixed term contracts until 31st December 2020.

The closing date for all applications is Friday 26th January 2018.

    Hi Everyone,

I understand that the job description and application form links have been working for some and not others. If you’re having problems downloading any of these please contact me at [email protected] and I will email over the details.

These vacancies are also advertised elsewhere so you could try downloading these from here.

Hi, I am trying to download the application form for the community and youth facilitator positions, however when I go to download these files on IOS and windows laptops the link does not work on either. Is there any other way I can access the applications?

    • Keira says:

      Hi Amber,
I have updated and tested these links so these should all be working now however I have also emailed you a copy of the job descriptions and application form.

  • Terrie Perkins says:

I was wondering if I could ask some questions about the two roles you are advertising for.

Firstly please can you tell me where the roles are based.

Also please could you tell me whether you would consider a part time or flexible option for these roles.

I look forward to hearing from you and applying for these posts.

    Kind regards

    Terrie Perkins

The link seems to be broken I’m currently working with Pentreath mental health advisor can you please email these details to myself

  • Debbie Fox says:

On the front page it states that that the Project Managers role is permanent, but as you read through and get into the detail, it states all post are fixed term until December 2020. I would have expected based on the funding stream that it is fixed term. Could you confirm if the Project Manager role is fixed term post or permanent.
    Kind regards
